1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a binding agreement. Nikola is intended for people in Malawi. By creating an account you confirm this.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity on your account. Provide accurate profile information. Do not create accounts for other people or misrepresent your identity.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to: harass, threaten, or scam other users; post illegal content or content involving minors; spam; scrape the service; or attempt to bypass safety systems. We may remove content, suspend, or permanently ban accounts that violate these rules. Multiple independent reports may lead to shadow-ban or suspension pending review.

4. Matches, messaging, and calls

Messaging and calls are only available after mutual interest (a match). Treat others with respect. Never send money to someone you met on Nikola. Report suspicious behaviour. Support conversations under the name Support are for product help and may be closed by our team when resolved.

5. Photos and verification

You grant Nikola a licence to host and display photos you upload for operating the service. Photo verification may use automated face comparison and/or human review. Photos that appear to be reused from another account may be rejected.

6. Safety

Meet offline only if you feel safe. Meet in public places, tell a friend, and trust your instincts. Nikola is not responsible for the conduct of users offline. See our safety tips.

7. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.

8. Limitation of liability

Nikola is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

9. Language

The service interface and these terms are provided in English.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms. Material changes may be highlighted in the app when practical.
